Change Your Default Font in Google Docs

Are you growing bored with Arial 11 as your default font in Google Docs?!  Follow the tips below to change your default font in Google Docs!  

    1. Type some text.
    2. Change the style of that text (font, color, size, etc.) to what you’d like your default to be.
    3. Highlight the text. 
    4. Click the Text Styles dropdown and go to Normal Text.
    5. Click “Update Normal Text to match.”
    6. Optional: Repeat 1-5 to change any other text styles (i.e. Title, Subtitle, Heading 1, etc.) that you’d like to change.
    7. Click the Text Styles dropdown again.
    8. Go down to options and select “Save as my default styles.”
